Jim Bell is the Owner and Operating Manager of PMI Phoenix Valley, a Property Management Inc. company. PMI Phoenix Valley is located in Phoenix, Arizona and serves the Valley’s communities. While attending Arizona School of Real Estate and Business, Jim set his focus on Homeowners and Condo Owners Association Management. His responsibilities include Customer Relationship Management, Project Management, Financial Management and Business Development. Working with Jim, you can expect his passion for honesty, integrity, teamwork and collaboration, whether participating in board meetings, attending to financial matters, coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repair, or supporting homeowners in the association. He was attracted to PMI by their embrace of technology as an enhancement for automation, asset management and accuracy in the Real Estate services industry.
As a seasoned Executive Program Manager earning trusted advisor status in the Information Technology profession, Jim is eager to apply his knowledge and acquired leadership skills developed supporting Fortune 500 companies. Jim also has a diverse background in Business Development and Technical Support, delivering services with a stellar record of achieving results that exceed expectations.
A member of Community Association Institute National and Arizona Chapters, achieving M100 certification, Jim is also a former member of Project Management Institute, certified as a Project Management Professional.
On a personal note, Jim was raised in the Phoenix/Glendale area, attending grade school, high school and college. After a period experiencing life on east coast, he returned to Phoenix, being a Phoenician at heart. Jim is married and enjoys hiking, bowling, traveling, and quality time with family and friends.
